Connecticut Association of School
Personnel Administrators
CASPA is a professional organization of personnel/human resource administrators, superintendents, and other administrators and support staff who have responsibility for the personnel/human resource functions in Connecticut school districts.
A local chapter of the American Association of School Personnel Administrators (AASPA), CASPA provides its members with timely seminars on a variety of topics, including legislative/legal updates, union negotiation trends and strategies, handling employee discipline and grievances, employee compensation and benefits and other topics of importance to school personnel and human resource staff.
